On The Go
On tha Go is a young person led micro business project. It aims to purchase a range of cargo bikes to encourage the green economy and aide the growing market for cycle businesses on wheels.
On Tha Go will hire bikes to entrepreneurial recipients. These cargo bikes may supply soup, coffee, falafel, ice cream etc. the business on wheels might supply to existing static businesses to give a mobile street presence and easy advertising opportunities with this novel venture. Clean Brake Project
The Clean Brake project is designed to equip young people (aged 13-19 years) with the skills to make journeys on road and off road.
The clean brake project aims to provide young people with the basic principals in order to maintain their bike independently and learn core bike handling techniques. The accredited course is designed to be enjoyable and educative. We embed applied literacy and numeracy (up to level 2) into the program to reinforce learning and cross reference national curriculum outcomes. L8 Active Travel Forum are a group of organizations working through decreasing the emission of carbon dioxide.
A collective of L8 public/private/community organisations with a multi agency approach to meeting active travel outcomes for a new decade culminating in the 2030 emissions targets in Liverpool city region.
